Refund policy
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at info@treasureloom.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Return Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@treasureloom.shop.
Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
